Every Order AT or ABOVE RM 50 is Entitled for Free Shipping* Within Malaysia! If not, Shipping Charges are as below:-

West Malaysia - RM 6 (less than 1 kg)
East Malaysia - RM 8 (less than 1 kg)
Singapore - RM 25 (less than 1 kg)

Shipping Policy

Lost / Damaged Parcel

My iTRENDY Shop GUARANTEE that all products shipped from My iTRENDY Shop will reach OUR CUSTOMERS in its Original Condition! My iTRENDY Shop Insured all the shipped parcel at our own cost (customers do not have to pay for the insurance). In case of a lost or damaged parcel, My iTRENDY Shop will take Full Responsibility and compensate you with a New Shipment or Full Refund!

Shipping Rate & Duration

Local / Malaysia Shipping

My iTRENDY Shop offers Free Courier Shipping for order above RM50 within Malaysia! Some large volume / heavy weight product will have additional shipping charge to Sabah / Sarawak (shown at product page).

For in stock item, we ship out on the same day if order and payment are received before 3.00pm Malaysia time. Courier company normally take 1-2 days to make delivery to the address. My iTRENDY Shop will inform customer with courier tracking number once a product is shipped. Please contact My iTRENDY Shop if you did not receive your parcel within 5 days after shipped. My iTRENDY Shop is not responsible for parcel unclaimed after a month from shipped date.

International Shipping

International shipping is via EMS (Express Mail Services). Estimated shipping travel time is 3~5 business days. Shipping cost to be advice when received your Order.

Tracking

My iTRENDY Shop will inform customer shipment tracking number via email once an order is shipped.

Please contact us at myitrendyshop@gmail.com within 7 days after the shipment notice (we always email our customers on the shipment tracking number) if you did you receive your shipment or if your received product is damaged or faulty.



Return Policy

My iTRENDY Shop reserves the rights to accept or reject the returning of a product.

Buyer must inform My iTRENDY Shop at myitrendyshop@gmail.com within 7 days of the SHIPPED DATE of the product if return is desired. Buyer must get approval from My iTRENDY Shop prior to returning a product. 

For approved returning, the returned product must be in its original unopened condition. My iTRENDY Shop will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the product back to My iTRENDY Shop at his/her own cost. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost of the during the return shipping, thus is advised to use insured courier shipping (PosLaju, Courier Service, etc.). Buyer must ship and return the product to My iTRENDY Shop within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation.

Restocking Fee: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a My iTRENDY Shop error, a restocking fee of 15% + Shipping Cost (RM10 or actual shipping cost, whichever is higher) may be charged on hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts and unopened software still in its/their sealed package, and on software that has not been downloaded if the software is delivered electronically.

For a faulty or defective  product found within 7 days of receiving, My iTRENDY Shop will pay for the return shipping cost (compensate as shopping point to customer's account at My iTRENDY Shop). Customer must inform My iTRENDY Shop within 7 days of receiving the product. For products older than 7 days, customer will have to ship the product to My iTRENDY Shop for warranty claim at his / her own cost.


Warranty Policy


Products in My iTRENDY Shop can be categorized into the following warranty categories:

  • Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee

  • My iTRENDY Shop Warranty (Import Product)

  • Original Manufacturer Warranty

  • Used Product Warranty
For Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee product, buyer has the choice to buy and test the product within the guarantee period. If the product is not upto buyer expectation or satisfaction, buyer can return the product to My iTRENDY Shop for a full refund (less shipping cost) within the guarantee period. No restocking fee applies.
 
For My iTRENDY Shop Warranty product, it means that the product is usually a direct import from oversea. My iTRENDY Shop will offer one year warranty to the product as what the manufacturer is offering. All products are actually having local country warranty. In case of warranty claim, Malaysia buyer just need to ship the product to My iTRENDY Shop address in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We will then ship the product to local or oversea supplier for warranty claim at our own cost.
 
For Original Manufacturer Warranty product, it means that the product is covered under original manufacturer warranty. Buyer will be provided with the official warranty card by the manufacturer. In case of warranty claim, buyer can choose to send the product directly to manufacturer or to My iTRENDY Shop, at buyer choice.
 
For faulty or defective  product/s, My iTRENDY Shop will pay for the return shipping cost (compensate as shopping point to customer's account at My iTRENDY Shop). Customer must inform My iTRENDY Shop within 7 days after receiving the product/s. After 7 days, customers will have to pay for return shipping cost to claim for warranty.


Import product is product that My iTRENDY Shop import directly from oversea supplier at significantly lower price than local distributor. This enables My iTRENDY Shop to offer product at lower price with good saving to our customers. The different between import product and local product is just the warranty. Import product is having One Year My iTRENDY Shop warranty, bare the same warranty conditions as local set. My iTRENDY Shop will pay for the cost to repair / replace an import product at My iTRENDY Shop own cost when warranty claim / repair is needed.

Product wise, import set is exactly the same as local set.
